Educational Qualification – Assistant Manager Recruitment

To apply for the Assistant Manager (Class-3) post, candidates must meet the following:

Degree/Diploma Required:

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, Hospitality, Tourism, or similar fields.

- Bachelor of Business Administration (Hotel Management & Tourism)

- MBA / Master in Tourism and Hotel Management

- Postgraduate Diploma in Tourism & Hotel Management

- Must be from a recognized University under UGC Act, 1956 or Government recognized equivalent.

Computer Knowledge:

- Basic knowledge of computer applications as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules 1967.

Language Proficiency:

- Knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, or both is essential.

Age Limit – GSSSB Assistant Manager Eligibility

Age as on 17-06-2025: 
- Minimum 18 years 
- Maximum 37 years

Relaxation in upper age limit:
  1. Women (General) 5 years 42 years
  2. Reserved Category (Male) 5 years 42 years

Pay Scale – GSSSB Assistant Manager Salary

Fixed pay: ₹26,000/- per month for first 5 years

After 5 years: Regular pay in Level 7 (₹19900 – ₹63200)
